Display selected fields in the Export to Word from the Filter

I have created a filter to show all open change requests and export them to circulate to IT Stakeholder group, but the extract has all the columns and I only want to show selected columns.

How can I update the underlying process to only export selected columns, including the 'Comments' column to get the most recent activity commentary.

I tried reports but it is showing the line graphs, and I want the table output that I can use as a report, so I opted for a filter, which seems to help to an extent.
