I have addons like Slack Connector, Slack, Jira App for Chat which are consuming a Service Desk License as well as a Jira Software License. Is it okay to unlicense these Addons as I don't have plans to use them in Service Desk?
if the app requires a license they should not impact the billing. You can check the billing section to be sure that is the case. If you aren't using the app at all you should uninstall but be sure they aren't being used in say JSW.
Add-ons in Jira Service Desk are effecting my billing. I use the add-ons in Jira Software, but not in Service Desk. My thought is, I could remove their licensing for Service Desk, so they don't hold my license count up. I just don't know if that would have any effect on them or not.
