Does JSM have the ability to define the available service request types in company managed software similar to the screen/screen scheme/issue type screen scheme relationship with JS? In this case I have a regular set of request types that I want to use across multiple JSM projects, but I am only seeing the ability to manually add a request type.

@Nate Dickinson

@Ryan Northfield _Mumo Systems_ is correct that Service Requests are currently specific to each project and there is not a way to manage them across multiple projects.  The feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4276 has been out there for a very long time and has not been added to the roadmap.  I would also suggest looking into apps in the marketplace for this.

@Nate Dickinson I don't think this is available. There is a feature request open that you can vote for. On the server version of that feature request, a marketplace app was suggested that could import/export request types.

I hope this helps!
