Hello,

so there are suggestions in the work items. If you like a suggestion, can you accept it somehow? So that, for example, comments are automatically created for the customer? Or are they really just suggestions that you can read through?

Hi,

i become serveral Actions in the suggestion pane . like change priority or use the service request helper in the example.

vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Weißt Du ob es nur diese zwei Möglichkeiten gibt? Also kann ich nur mit dem Service Request Helper chatten und die Priorität ändern, oder sollte es noch andere Möglichkeiten geben?

Hi,

die Suggestion Pane passt sich dynamisch an den Kontext des Tickets an und lernt aus vergangenen Interaktionen, um immer relevantere Vorschläge zu liefern.

. Rovo Agent Vorschläge (wenn aktiviert)

  • KI-generierte Antwortvorschläge
  • Kontextbasierte Lösungsempfehlungen
  • Automatische Zusammenfassungen

Heißt also , wenn rovo / Ai aktiviert ist und ein gewisser Satz an Daten da ist, werden die Vorschläge mehr und vielfältiger.Du kannst auch eine Automation laufen lassen und grds. einen Rovo-Agent füttern und gewisse Aktionen herleiten über das Ergbiss des Agents und der Automation.

Hi, 

für die Automation brauche ich aber eine API, oder? Also zum Beispiel, ich will dass ein Kommentar geschrieben wird, wenn bei den Suggestions was sinnvolles steht. Dann sollte das "Sinnvolle" als Kommentar geschrieben werden.

nein brauchst du keine API. In der Automation nimmst du eine Use Rovo Agent Aktion und fragst danach das Ergniss der {{agentResponse}} ab.
