Hello,
We are currently looking at using Bitbucket but I don't see any references to it being able to integrate with Jira Service Management. I do see that it integrates with Jira Software.
yes - there are use cases for integration of Jira Service Management and Bitbucket.
Please be noted, the current information are mainly based on Cloud products. You would have to assess if the same applies for self-hosted environments.

If you could describe your use case further other members of the Community could probably answer more precisely on what is possible and not.
Cheers,
Daniel
Heya @Ryan Rosenthal , Michaela from Integromat here!
If there's no way of achieving this natively, you could connect the services with Integromat. It's a no-code integration platform that lets you connect Jira to pretty much any other online service and create all kinds of automated workflows.
Anyway, you can check out the currently available triggers, actions, and pre-made templates for both Jira (Jira Service Management included) and Bitbucket to see what the options are.
