Does the better PDF exporter support characters from all languages? Hindi, Marathi, and Spanish

Can someone help me out with this?

 

I need to understand can the better pdf exporter plug in be used for regional languages, for instance release notes in Hindi?

Will this app give me correctly presented PDFs?
