Does virtual agent work in private individual chats?

When you announced virtual agent in April you indicated that it only supported one public channel but it was on your roadmap to support private one-on-one chats. Are you supporting private one-on-one chats yet? If not, when do you expect to have this feature. I think one public chat channel will be confusing.
