Dynamic Field values on Portal

Hi,

I am a cloud user and I want to show Dynamic values in a field based on customer's mail id.

Suppose A customer is raising a request and if customer's mail id ends with "@support" then they should get options (High, Medium) if customer's mail id ends with ''@tech" then they should get options(Critical, Low).

How to achieve above scenario. It would be great if I could do it using default configurations.

This is not possible OOTB. You can check the Marketplace for options.
