We are looking to provide our hiring managers with visibility of what our licensing per tool is when they are requesting different software for new hires. Is there a way in Jira Service Desk for us to be able to show that?
So for example, if the new hire needs Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket, it would show that it costs $x.xx? We're trying to get the hiring managers to understand the cost implications of just giving everyone access to everything if they don't need it.

Are you hoping for:
If the first one, you will need to go to the marketplace to find a third-party app that lets you create dynamic forms or dynamic fields.
If the second, you could set up some smart value math expressions. What is the field they use to signify the software they are requesting? Are they separate fields? Checkboxes?
