Hello,
I am looking to setup a dynamic form that populates fields based on an initial selection.
For example- if i chose ford, the form would then populate questions in regards to ford models, trims, etc. if i selected chevrolet, same thing. Is doing something like this possible?
Thank You
Hi @Joe Murphy ,
Native JSM doesn't offer this functionality. You can try our app Extension for Jira Service Management. It provides a possibility to create dynamic forms under project settings. You can read about it more in our documentation.
Cheers,
Kate

@Joe Murphy as @Katarzyna has pointed out you can use Extension for JSM to do this. Elements Connect might also be able to help or you could have a look at ProForma Forms for Jira, which is now owned by Atlassian.
I hope one these solutions meets your needs.

@Simon Herd @Katarzyna I thought I found the solution to my dynamic field needs with ProForma Forms but I understand it is not available for Jira Cloud. When are you planning on releasing it to support Jira Cloud?
