Hello,
we have one of our mailboxes configured to automatically forward a mail to the E-Mail adress that we use to create requests in our Jira Service Management Project.
But we have the problem, that mails which get forwarded per outlook rule, wont create an issue in our Jira. If I forward the mail manually, everything works fine.
Does anybody have any information on why this does not work with mails that get sent per rule?
