I have created one of our customers as a project in Jira as normal. Then I created all of our customer's employees in an "organization". The employees can then share their tickets in the service desk with their organization. Now one of our customer's employees has asked me if I can issue the email notifications specifically for him. It bothers him that his email inbox is full of messages from the Jira Service Desk. He no longer wants to receive emails when his colleagues create a ticket or something is updated. Can I turn this off for him?
