E-signature is being removed from pdf

We have a form that is attached to our tickets which contains an electronic signature.  The e-sig is disappearing when we view the form from the ticket, even though there was an e-sig when it was uploaded.

Does the file contain the e-signature when you down load it from Jira?  I am wondering if the Jira application does not know how to render the signature of if it is being lost when you upload it because it is unique the pdf application you are using.
