Hi community,
I have two questions about JIRA Serivce desk portal page in a classic service desk project. Please refer the inserted image below.
1. When a customer opens knowledge base article from the portal, there are two ways to back to the top page: (a) clicking the logo at the top left, and (b) clicking the title of the support portal in the navigator (please refer the inserted image to see "navigator" that I pointed). My first question is that is there easier way to back to the portal top page? For instance, inserting "x" button at the top right of the article will indicate user to close the article and back to the top page.
2. For some reason, the title of the portal is repeated in the navigator, which is annoying for users. What's the possible cause and way to remove it?
