Using the feature "Escalate to Developers" from within the Incident ticket, there is an opportunity to select a Defect Template when creating the escalation ticket. I would like to add a field to that Defect Template but I can't find the template. Can anyone assist?

Is it possible that you are using an app to "Escalate to Developers". E.g. it would be possible to add such an action with our Jira cloud app "Deep Clone for Jira" (I am product manager of this app).
