We have a mail integration in our service desk and records can be opened by mail. Autoreply mails that come in while users are on leave are also opened as registrations. I do not want these autoreply mails to be opened as registration.
Can I edit in the AutoReplyMailFilter field for this? I cannot edit via Jira, where can I do it?
