Editing incidents state in customer portal

My clients used to be able to edit their incidents state (eg. from open to canceled) in the customer portal. Now, without having changed anything, there is no such an option. How can I revert that?

Hi @Julieta Perroni ,

Are you asking about changing status by customers? Check transitions in the workflow configuration -the "Show transition in the customer portal" option should be selected.
