We have a JSM Portal that allows email requests to come in from some Power Automate forms that we have living on another platform. The user fills out the Power Automate form on the other site, it routes through an email that we have linked to the Service Portal and opens a ticket with the information. However, we noticed that those tickets are dropping the CC'ed emails when it's created in JSM and so the users don't get notified of any status updates or comments. They aren't listed as Request Participants on the ticket.
The strange thing is, when a person emails that same email outside of the Power Automate form and CC's people, they are added as Request Participants. Not sure why this is different?
