Hi Atlassian Community,
We have a distribution list to send an email request to JIRA, however when a specific user send an email request it is not being created as an issue.
However when myself or other members send the email it is being created. Do you know if there should be a specific configuration to be set?
Do you use the Jira standard mail handler or an app like "Jira Email This Issue"? Can you share your config of your mail handler?
