I am in the process of setting up an email request for customers but I encountered a problem with the custom fields. In the portal I saw that it's possible to individually set the value of a custom field and I'm trying to do the same for email.
For example:
Subject:
Test
Body:
Field1: field1_content
The issue created has the Summary=Test and the Description=Field1:field1_content event though I have the custom field Field1 set in the request form.
How can I set it that the Field1 is filled with the content of the field1_content in email body?

@Blaj Alexandru Dragos The email handler will not process the body of the email and parse, it just becomes the description. You will need to use the API to send in custom requests. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/intro/
