Hi,
Our costumers have complained that a ticket is not raised for their request. Upon checking the logs I found that even the logs for 4 days, including that day, were missing.
Please check why the tickets were not raised and why these logs are missing!

As per Jira Service Desk Status page, there are no incidents reported between 24th and 28th Jan 2020.
Better reach out to Atlassian Support so that Support Engineers can investigate the issue for you.
