Reporters/Customers/Assigned Agents are not receiving emails from Jira Service Project.
Ally options under "Customer Notifications'have been enabled.
I've read a few articles on this but nothing has helped so far, any ideas?

Is outgoing mail enabled?
This can be checked through the admin menu > SMTP Outgoing email:

Hi Jeroen, thank you for your response. Yes, outgoing mail is already enabled so unfortunately I still haven't been able to solve the issue!
