Email notifications are triggering late by 3minutes any reason why it is like that

Hi,
1. If i generate a email notification through notification schema it is taking 2 to 3 minutes of time
where as if i generate a email by using the Jira Automation it is coming with in 5 to 10 seconds any reason why it is like that.
2. And i need help on which is the best way to generate a email notification either
1.Jira Automation (or)
2.Notification Schema (native jira notifications)
