Hello,
I do not receive email notifications to my work email after a new ticket have been created.
I checked notification settings in the Jira Project settings and in Personal Notification settings and all seems to be correct.
I also deleted my email from the notification settings and readded myself to it but still nothing.
It does send the notification to the shared mailbox with my colleague but not in my own mailbox which is not very handy.
Is there anything else i can check to get this working?

Puedes revisar en el apartado de cola de correo, para validar si los correos se envían correctamente o si presentas algún error en Cola de errores
en caso contrario, debes validar en los logs del servidor debido a que se te debe pintar una ip, esta ip es la de tu servidor de correo electrónico, este es el que realiza las salidas de correo, si presenta algún problema con la red, o que no esté activo, este es el que hará que algunos correos no salgan correctamente.
como alternativa y algo que yo hice para solucionar el problema de que no todos los correos llegaban, fue crear una regla de automatización para que al momento de crear un jira o comentar un jira, esta envíe en automático un correo informando, en muchas ocasiones tendrás 2 correos de un mismo jira, pero en otros gracias a la automatización lograrás tener mínimo un correo y este servirá como comprobante

So i have been looking for the email que but it seems that function is for on prem mail servers only it seems.
The screenshot you posted is that in Administration > System > System Support?
I also checked both Jira and Atlassian Administration settings.
