How can I manage the accounts of Email notify when the tickets was created or changed status or done?
Now each account who login the project will receive the Email notify even they don't care about other tickets except the tickets they created.
Hi Robin, by default all watchers, assignee and the reporter will receive a notification.
Depending on what notification they exactly receive (customer notification or internal notification) you can manage which users receive certain notifications.
Go to Project settings -> Customer notifications to change customer notifications and go to Project settings -> Notifications to change internal notifications.
