Unfortunately we cannot use the request type email processing for our current project, since the option is greyed out from Email requests section of the project.
It has previously been selected.
Now, we need to modify our mail settings, but before applying any further changes, we want to be sure we can use the request type once again.
Whilst doing a mouse over on the greyed out request type, we can see the message
"If you want to use this request type, you need to change its settings to match the criteria."
However, we have already made sure that Summary and Description are visible and mandatory fields. All other fields for Email processing as request type are hidden.
What else might need to be applied from our end?
To be more specific, I am referring to this request type whilst trying to update our email channel configuration. Unfortunately, the request type cannot be selected, since it is simply greyed out.
