Dear support,
We have some emails received from clients that are not generating requests in Jira.
When I go to check the processing log under setting -> Project->Jira Management service->Email request, it shows there weren't any processing log items for the email yet, and there is pop out at the right top prompted that something has gone wrong with your request If sysmptoms persist contact your System administrator"
Could you please advise how to fix this?

Welcome to the community. You will need to access Jira Administrators clog wheel icon > System > Mail queue to see if there are any email in the error queue tab. In addition, you can also generate logs (support zip) and access the logs for possible errors. Of course, this assumes you are the Jira/JSM system administrators.
