Email received in mail folder, but does not create a ticket in Jira

We use the Email This Issue ad on to facilitate our emails for JSM. I have also created a ticket with that vendor. 

When we receive email from a particular address every once in a while our corporate email folder has has history of the email, but it does not make it to Jira and create a ticket. This only happens with emails from that email address.

Curious if others have had this problem.

Having the same issue in 2024.

 

Anyone have ideas?
