Hi Everyone
I receive automated emails into my Service Desk from our HR team for various reasons, the main one so my Service Desk team can close leaver accounts.
However, following a change in their HR System the email address the emails are sent from has changed, this is now name.domain.org.uk which is not a standard email address format and the email are being rejected as the email address is not being recognized as valid.
Is there anyway to change this within the Jira project to stop these being rejected?

You can't, without writing a new email handler. It would be better for HR to use a valid email address
