Enable Email requests
I have created one Service management project. And want to receive email requests from other externals. But not able to enable email requests in project.

As the error message is stating you have to create a request type that have both the summary field and the description field as visible fields on the request form like this:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
