Enabling Widget in Jira Service Management

When I am enabling Widget in Jira, I keep getting the error - We can't validate the widget right now. Try again in a little while.

My objective is to get embeded code so I can use that in my salesforce, for users to create ticket via Widget while they are in Salesforce

can anyone please guide me in the right direction, much appreciated.

Hi @Avinash Dahre I’m the Community Manager at Exalate. 

The error, “We can't validate the widget right now. Try again in a little while” could be due to a configuration or connectivity issue. 

Make sure all required settings in Jira Service Management (JSM) are enabled, for example: you must be an admin for the JSM project.

Also, have you tried clearing your browser cache or Incognito mode? And as Fabian suggested, you can also try reaching out to Atlassian support.
