I have created new Service Desk Project and enabled e-mail request as possible issue type. I have all the fields needed, but can't see any time tracking features. I can only see SLA times monitoring, but don't know how can I enter how much time each issue took to resolve. I checked JIRA settings and time tracking is enabled, permissions set, but I can't see work registering function. I switched to an old view and it is there, but on the new issue view I cannot see it.
Any ideas?

Go to that issue and in view screen there is more >>log work >>AndWhen you do the log work after u will see the report like this
