We are having trouble preparing to migrate to the Cloud.
Have a 403 error - Error. The request could not be satisfied when we start Prepare your apps.
Our server is pinging/connecting to id.atlassian.com
Are there any errors on the migration page?

Hi, @Javier Ramírez I would suggest opening a support ticket. (support.atlassian.com) and then click on the contact link in upper right. In the drop down on the next page, you can click the option for 'Migration Support'. They should be able to assist with this request.
