Error when export ticket jira HTTP Status 400

I have a situation like this

I can't export ticket from jira. When i click export it only show up like this

Please help !!!

Hi @cuong_nt1 ,

please try, on client side, to perform the following tasks

Client-side:

1. Clear Browser Cache.
2. Clear Browser Cookies.
3. File Upload Exceeds Server Limit.
4. Deactivate Browser Extensions.

Please let us know if it solves your issue.

It's not working.

I can only export when number the of tickets < 100

Are u trying to export issues through the JIra search panel? What is the type of export you are performing?

it seems that JQL query is to large. Could you try to reduce it?
