Estrazione ticket

Buongiorno, mi interessa estrarre tutti i ticket da " Filtri ---> ricerca avanzata Ticket " e esportarli in excel dove pero' vengano riportati anche i commenti per ogni singolo ticket.

Non esiste la colonna "commenti " da aggiungere per l'estrazione.

Esiste un modo?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When exporting issues to Excel, it won’t import the Comment field and as you mentioned, it’s not possible to add the column with the comments, but it’s possible to get this field directly on Excel.

If you are using Jira Cloud for Excel, you can filter the tickets in Jira and click on the Excel icon to export to Excel.

Then, from Excel, you can edit the fields and add the “Comment” and then click on Save > Get data now.
