Exporting Linked Issues from another Instance

Hi Dear Colleagues,

We have the following case.
We have 2 instances and want, when exporting tickets from X instance, in the List View we can see the linked issues from the Y instance, but when exporting tickets via Excel from X instance, the linked issues from Y instance is not being showed in the report.
Could you please inform me, if there is any possibility to have the described solved?

Hi @Gor Greyan 

No this can't you can see linked issues from another instance.

This is based on the application link between the 2 instances, but this is the only option you have.

This as the linked issues are in the DB of the other instance, you don't have access to the other instances DB.
