@Angélica Marques At the top of the Jira navigation bar you will see filters, you can click this and then select anything from the drop-down to get you to the filters page. Here you can create a JQL query that you can save as your filter. (See Managing Filters) Once you create a filter you can export it.

Hi @Angélica Marques ,
Our Google Sheets Integration add-on allows you export any Jira project data into Google Sheets including JSM data. You can set it up so it exports it once, in realtime (whenever there is a change), or based on a schedule you can define. We continuously are adding more elements from third-party add-ons as well. You can also set it up so changes in Google Sheets are reflected in Jira.
Hope that helps.
Kind regards,
The Mobility team

You can export Jira Service Management issues (if this is what you meant?!) to standard XLSX format spreadsheets with the Better Excel Exporter app. You can import those to Excel, Calc, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet tool that supports this format (probably all).
Here is the Service Management integration page with more details.

Its possible to download these issues without any integration?

No.
If it was possible, then the app had zero installations. But it has 5000+.
