Hi, we previously added I Microsoft account to direct support request to JIRA, this initially worked but then was removed. I have re-added the account but cannot get emails to come in. We have deleted the generated permissions in Azure to try a fresh start but still cannot get emails to appear in JIRA. We know the account works as it is currently being used with another Incident management system and emails do show up there. Any ideas? I also cannot get it to ask me to re-authenticate fully as in that i have to grant consent.

Hi @Steven McCready

Welcome to the community.

On the connected account, what is stated in the incoming email logs?

Hi Marc, it says connection status Success but i think i found the issue, turns out the account was actually a shared mailbox which is why it worked for the other system but not Jira, will look at other options. I believe it was a standard account and was converted to a shared which is why there are credentials
