I'm using the External System Import for JSM company-manged project and I'm having trouble importing the created date and the user name of comments.
I have formatted my CSV file so the date is the same for the created date, comments date to dd/mm/yy HH:mm AM/PM in the excel file.
When I imported using the date format of dd/MMM/yy h:mm a the created date imports correctly but the users of the comments don't they go in as me the importer.
I've tried using the another date format of dd/mm/yyyy kk:mm which imports the comments user names correctly but doesn't import the created date it's just a time.
The errors I get is cannot parse.
Another issue I'm having is the request type doesn't import, the issue type imports and when you view the issue you can select the correct request from the dropdown menu of the request types associated with that issue type.
I am a self-taught Jira User and would be really grateful of any solutions/suggestions for these issues I'm having to fill the gap in my knowledge.
Thank you
Jodie,
