Using the link @Trudy Claspill provided, it will give you the status of Atlassian products (CLOUD env). Please note that there are different SLA agreement between clients and Atlassian based on client's plan level (i.e. Free, Standard, Premium etc) which Atlassian guarantee product system uptime. NOTE - SLA uptime is only applicable when your cloud plan is Premium or above.
