How to make a field that have multiple values, but for different project it has to show different value.

example-  Application field
HP, DELL, ACER (donut software project)
VIVO, MI, SAMSUNG,APPLE (App soft Project)

Hi @Paras Sachan 

You create a different context for that field.

  • Go to issues
  • Custom fields
  • Find your field
  • Click the elipsis menu and then "Contexts and default values"
  • Add New context

 

And there make you choices.

As mentioned before by other, you need to create different context for each project for the same field.  So, you can specify the different options for each project.

On the other hand, if you have ScriptRunner for Jira add-on in your environment, then you can use its "Behaviors" function to control the field options based on specific projects and just have one general context that contains all the options.  The Behavior configuration will display the options based on project.
