Filter Subscription not displaying data that the filter contains

Eric Templeton July 17, 2025

We have a filter set up for our CAB Agenda. One of the fields in the filter is "Affected services". This field represents services that could be impacted by the change. It is tied back to the "Affected Services" field in the RFC work item. That field pulls from our Services Object Schema in Assets.

I think this may be tied to an existing bug that is currently impacting our instance of Assets. But, I wanted to see if anyone can verify that the two issues are linked. If not, any suggestions on what might be occurring?

Identified Bug: [JSDCLOUD-16784] All possible filter values are not shown in the UI for basic filter - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Here is the actual filter, showing data in the "Affected Services" field:

Here is what comes through the Filter Subscription (Notice there are no entries within the "Affected Services" column):

Eric,

That is correct. Asset fields do not display their content in filter subscription emails.

The bug ticket, Atlassian calls it a suggestion but to me it is indeed a bug :-)
