Filter issue scope (AQL), filter custom field with join
Hello,
for a demo project that I'm developing in my company I'm configurating a customer portal for user's request.
In this portal I have some custom fields that shows data from assets, see image:
When a user try to open a request as customer I check the related user in CMDB in order to fill the customfield_10103; after this I use this information to filter the company (customfield_10147).
Now there is my problem:
In customfield_10101 I need show the service family filtered for contracts, this because not all "customers" can see all the Services.
I searched in all documentation but I didn't find any formula to filter a customfield using a join with a class not in a customfield.
Please can you help me on this issue?
