We are afraid users will get confused in SSO for JSM by being given the choice of Azure AD, Google, etc. All our users are provisioned through Azure AD. Is there anyway where after an Azure AD email is confirmed, the user is not given a choice of platforms? Or a way that would at least prevent users from creating duplicate accounts?
If you are referring to the initial login screen, then no. The Atlassian login page is setup like this by default. Users can have access to multiple platforms. The e-mail should just be tied to one of the platforms. For example, if user is logining using Azure AD e-mail, it will not work when they get redirected to another SSO since it will not be recognized.
