We recently went live with JIRA Service Desk application for our internal requirement in our company and when users used 'Forgot your Password?" link on the login page then a default template email was received for all users from JIRA Service Desk application, which had a different company logo.
Is it possible to remove this [Logo] from the master email template within JIRA Service Desk application? If yes, where in JIRA Administration settings that I can find this template to make required changes.
Note that the "Reset Your Password" email from JIRA Server (Non service desk application) has no issues but the only exception is for the automated email that comes from JIRA Service Desk application.
Email message -
Hi XXXXX,
Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Desk administrator to enable password resets

XXXX Service Desk sent you this message, powered by Jira Service Desk
There was a feature request for this that was closed and Atlassian will not be doing it. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4622
You can change the email templates by following these steps on server https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/customizing-email-content-in-jira-server-1027142312.html
There are also a number of apps that provide this functionality https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&product=jira-service-management&query=email%20templates
Thanks @Brant Schroeder for the prompt response with suggestions for making specific changes to the email template.
I will review the detailed procedures from these links. Also, I was even curious to know on how a wrong logo got into this default email notification template for Jira Service Desk, as there is no placeholder for this logo upload from Administration settings within Jira Service Desk, unless I'm wrong.
