Hi all - I have multiple forms, which I need direction to automate them with the name, ticket content and a person who submitted this ticket.
Please assist.

The fields added in a Form can be mapped to the Custom Fields that you've mentioned above.
If in case you don't want to map the custom fields, but still want to use the values of the Forms in an automation you need to pass the element's identity.
