Get browser and OS version with jira service management

Hi every body, 

Does any body knows if there could be any native or market place tools that get provide me automaticly this two informations when a user create a ticket : 

• browser used
• OS version

Are you wanting to know what browser/OS the reporter was using at issue creation? I don't know how this info could be captured. What is your goal? How would this data be used?

I think it's having statistics on who makes requests

it is used only with internal user for whom we provided the material

I'm not sure but it seems like what you are really wanting is to leverage an asset management solution. This is provided in the premium version of Jira through the recently integrated Insight Asset Management.
