Get custom request form field to populate in powershell

When using powershell with JiraPS, when I use the get-jireissue along with the ticket ID it only shows me the summary, status, and created date. I have all the custom field numbers but no matter what I can seem to populate anything in the custom request form field.

For context Im trying to achieve taking a ticket ID, getting information from the custom request form field, and using that in a CSV to create a OnPrem AD account.
