Yes but checking the response (JSON) that you get when you get the issue/request. Are you using JSM Cloud API or Jira Cloud API? (meaning are you from the client side or agent side)

We have customers using Jira server and Jira cloud so we are developing against both. ( But mostly JIRA server /agent)
We mainly want to know if the available request types/forms in a project using Proforma with servicedeskapi before even a user files an issue/requests e.g.

Are there any news on this topic? I am not seeing anything related to proforma or forms on the JSON response with all of the issue fields (working with Jira Cloud).
