I tried to find the info but I wasn't able to find if there is a way to get the slack channel name where a ticket has been created in Halp.
We worked with Halp and we migrated to Jira Service Management.
In Halp we had that info in the CSV you can export, but in Jira that info is missing.
Do you know if there is a way to get that info from a Jira ticket created with this integration? I really think it should be there, in our case is very important to know it to categorize tickets and set the client automatically based on the channel the ticket has been created.
